With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, Vijay has built, established and operated multifarious companies and organisations in various sectors such as Hospitality, E-sports, Technology, Wellness and Lifestyle, Event and Talent Management and more.

He started conducting Team Building Programs especially Drum Circles since 2003, which quickly became popular with organizations as it was quite a new concept for team building. Since then he has been instrumental in mentoring teams, designing unique team building activities, games and consulting organizations on their Team Bonding and Motivation avenues.

With an experience in music of over 35 years, he is the best available Team Building and Drum Circle Facilitator in the Industry, who carries a blend of Music and Leadership in his programs, thereby creating lasting impact of his sessions in the teams he engages with.
